GREG FITZGERALD
Since 1985, Mr. Fitzgerald has represented Texans and their families while devoting his practice exclusively to the area of trial work. He has represented hundreds of clients in cases involving wrongful death, products liability, medical malpractice, insurance bad faith, business law, deceptive trade practices and breach of contract. As a trial lawyer, he has represented his clients in courtrooms across the State of Texas, including Fort Worth, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Abilene, Wichita Falls, Tyler and many others.
From 1987 to 1992, Mr. Fitzgerald was a trial lawyer with an established Fort Worth plaintiff's firm primarily responsible for all of the firm's workers' compensation and insurance bad faith litigation. In 1992, he formed the firm of Fitzgerald & Reddick and then established the Law Offices of Greg Fitzgerald in 2002.
Mr. Fitzgerald graduated from Baylor University School of Law in 1985 after having obtained his Bachelor's Degree from Baylor University in 1982. Mr. Fitzgerald is Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Personal Injury Trial Law, having been certified since December 1990. He is Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Civil Trial Law, having obtained his certification in December 1993. Mr. Fitzgerald is also Board Certified in Civil Trial Advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and has an "AV" rating, the highest rating awarded by Martindale-Hubbell, a lawyer rating directory.
Mr. Fitzgerald is licensed to practice in all state courts of the State of Texas, as well as United States Federal District Courts for the Northern District of Texas, Eastern District of Texas and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Mr. Fitzgerald is a past director of the Tarrant County Trial Lawyer's Association, a member of the Texas Trial Lawyer's Association, Association of Trial Lawyer's of America, Tarrant County Trial Lawyers, Tarrant County Bar, and Northeast Tarrant County Bar Association. He is also a member of the Tarrant County Bar Foundation and is a Sustaining Life Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation.
